LDH JAPAN Inc. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the “LDH Group”) shall establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the Privacy Statement and other regulations to ensure that its directors and employees are aware of the importance of protecting personal information.

LDH JAPAN Inc. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “We” or the “LDH Group”) shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003) and other laws and regulations in relation to your personal information and shall undertake to handle personal information properly in accordance with the provisions set forth below. Please read and agree with this Privacy Policy in its entirety before using the services of LDH Group.
In order to prevent the leakage, loss, and damage of personal information, LDH Group shall implement appropriate safety control measures in accordance with laws and regulations, and guidelines and shall endeavor to protect the personal information in its possession. (3)Personal information acquired and retained prior to the enforcement of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (prior to March 31, 2005) will continue to be used for the purposes stated above. Personal information will also continue to be used for the purpose of use specified “4. Shared Use of Personal Data” in the case of shared use of personal information.
(4)In the event LDH Group succeeds businesses through mergers, spin-offs, or business transfers (hereinafter referred to as “Mergers”) and acquires personal information, the personal information shall be used to the extent that is required for the achievement of the purpose of use as notified or announced prior to the succession, or that the individual has provided consent.

(2) LDH Group may provide the applicable personal data to a trustee as a result of the entrustment of all or part of the handling of the customer's personal data within the scope required for the achievement of the purpose of use. In this case, necessary and appropriate supervision shall be provided to the trustee in order to ensure the safe management of the personal data for which the handling is entrusted.
(3) LDH Group may provide personal data of customers as a result of business succession due to Mergers.
(4) LDH Group may share your personal data among companies within the LDH Group. For details, please refer to the following section.
